by the way, when at the track sunday, we put pace setter long tubes, borla cat back, off road y-pipe and a lid on a 1999 Z28 auto...
with just nittos the car went 12.56 at 111 mph

Yeah I agree with the Matt SS.....very hard for 2 think that a lid/catback A4 could take a new cobra from a roll! Even with 2 people in the vert it would trap higher in the 1/4 so it should pull the A4! But the guy has photos to prove it.

I cant believe no one has pointed out that the snake was only at 3K RPM's when the SS was already ahead. That snake owner must be quite the driver

The Cobra is a little hard to get used to, give him some time to learn it... If he knew how to drive, you would need a few more things to pull like that... like a cam, long tubes and a good tune. I speak from experience. Good kill though!!!

this weekend an 04 bonestock coupe pulled on my BONESTCOK 01 TA by about a car and a half from a 45 roll.... i was still surprised .....i just picked the TA up...its SLOW dont get me wrong but not that slow.... so i could see that ss pulling away on a bone stock vert with 2 people in it but i dont think he got very much farther than that picture and who knows maybe the cobra was reeling him in after a nice slow shift. either way nice kill and nice car!

One of my friends stock cobra went 12.8@ 112 and another raced a mach 1 who runs high 12s and took him out of the whole but at the end it was almost even....
Its sad how bad some drivers are. At memphis I watched some cobra's go high 13's lol.....

, your experience is lacking then, cause a ls1 damn sure doesn't need a cam to pull a STOCK 03+ cobra vert with 2 people in it. Much less by themselves. 
Good kill, people fail to realize that MOST new vert cobras don't even break out of the 13s stock.
