There's a blue Mach 1 around here with a single turbo that is faster than 99% of this board...myself included.

 

thats cool, but not sure why you quoted me. I have no doubt that there are very fast Mach 1's out there. There's very fast version of every car out there but I was specifically talkin a guy with a mach w/bolt-on's + 100 shot claiming he will be "quicker and faster" than a FI 500rwhp Fbody. I like mustangs and I am not trying to bash them by any means. I am mostly just joking around at this point with some of the Mach fella's that seem to be getting a little too cocky/ over confident

 

I've raced against Mach's 4 times....I ran a white one at ontario and was GLAD to beat him because he was staring me down till I asked him to race then did the dramatic run to the car and flung the door open and jumped in...I killed him by more than 2 cars....then I race a DSG one (love that color on the machs) He gave me a better race but I did get him on the top end pretty bad, he said run it agian to make sure and same out come only I killed him worse outta the hole (nittos)...I ran a blue one down PCH when I lived in huntington beach...that ****** ran right on my door with me barley putting him in my mirror at the top of third then the second time he got the jump and had his nose in front of me till 3rd the I put mine in front of his.....it IS a drivers race so you better bring your A game...

 

Nice races 01black. What were your mods at the time? Were the other Mach's all stock or??

And likewise, I was referring to one very specific Camaro and its owner, who is a royal PITB. It's called smack talking, and all I'm saying is I can beat him now, tomorrow, or whenever. Oh, and how can you say it's a 500rwhp car, he hasn't even installed the pieces yet? I coudn't resist any longer. Just because you post your slip, doesn't mean it happened. For all we know that could be a stock LS1 on that slip. Should I post my bone stock 13.0x @ 110.xx? It's pointless. A person's opinion on something is shaped mostly from what they see with their own two eyes. Like me, I have never seen a stock Mach run any better than 13.6 at my track. Do they run better than that, I'm sure they do. For Dynobitch, do stock LS1's run better than 13.5, I'm sure they do too. The point is everytime someone on the net says "they can't run that", are we all supposed to post our timeslips, which a lot of people may not believe anyways. Like I said, it's pointless.

 

Oh really, I'm currently looking at a blower or nitrous install. Care to compare apples to apples then, Dynobitch? Of course, we would have to run on the street since you don't race at the track.

I don't believe you've ever run faster than a 14.2, but that's just my opinion. Now, dumbass, read the quote again. "No stock Mach 1 has ever gone faster than 13.6 ANYWHERE!!" It doesn't say "I haven't seen a stock Mach 1 run faster than a 13.6 with my own eyes at my track" now does it??

I am game. I've been waiting to find a few F-bodies that can hold their own on the street/track. I guess I've been lucky againest LS1's, 2 wins 1 loss. The loss was to a modded M6 03 Vette. I do respect all 93+ f bodies.

Houston is only 4 hours away for me.
