Most of these problems are caused by retarded ricers. I know 2 places out here in chicago that I used to race all the time, that would get heavily populated with ricers, seen to wrecks in 1 week, One a retarded riced out jetta, wanted to show off by pulling his e brake to do a donute and ended up totaling his car into a light pole. the next day, these retard will race on wet pavement, and while a race is going off they will drive down the street the opposite way and one of the guy's racing had to swurve away from hitting the guy coming from the other way, and he ended up slamming his car into a building. Since then they put speed bumps all the way down the street.
Hell 2 yrs ago there was a red dodge stealth that was racing me on a street, the light turned red and I stopped, but his dumb *** ran through the light. After the light turned green I continued driving down the street to find his car wedged in between a light pole and a building. It turned out that he was a drunk 16yr old polish kid, his passenger was killed in this crash. When will these ricers learn some common sense.
