Z06 in 4th gear (good or 100~140 mph)...You in 3rd gear...That I believe...

70 mph in 3rd gear (good for 70~100) for a Z06 is right in it's power band...He gets the jump, your turbo still has to come up to full boost...And you still pulled past him in your 3rd gear...That would be something...

That was my point slow vette. The race for the C6 was from like 50-110 or so. I thought the vette would have spanked me froma roll, but I guess the guy couldn't shift or drive. The whole story is in the link on my sig. So why don't you believe my other post? You're only running 13.0!! That gives you no right to bust on me. Hell I could probably spank you!

I trapped 116mph at 21psi. I was running 23psi on that run thats good for 118 maybe a little more. anyone in WA with a ZO6 want to run i'll get it on video next time.

on slip 2 i missed 3rd gear and still ran a 12.8... I Bog off the line then start going. If i can get a good launch i'll be in the 11's no problem.... On race gas with timing turned up i should be 120+ MPH traps...

BTW C5's and C6's are nothing

if this was a 385hp z06 than i can beleive it happened....theres no way you can do that to a 405 zo6 up top...it would murder you after 100 due to its aerodynamics and even though its a v8 it still weighs a little less than your car does.
im not raising the b.s. flag cause anything can happen...but this is one of those moments where id have to see it to beleive it.

MaSTI.....must have been a wet dream you beating a c6 from a role. sti's have no top end at all, c6's haul *** up top...dont think it happened or the guy wasnt racing or he was in the wrong gear when you took off.

2500LBS??? thing must be completely gutted to be that light...a stock gti would usually wiegh in close to 3000lbs. the reason you trap so high is b/c your spinnin off the line (2.2 60'). if a zo6 spins off the line im sure he'll trap just as high as you do. your gti is like throwing a brick in the wind compared to a c5 chassis. sorry..just dont see it happening.

See what I'm sayin' GTi?. They will never believe you until they see it in person. It's just unfortunate people are under the impression that the vette is the equlivant of God on here. Don't get me wrong, they are some sweet *** cars, but not untouchable. Who knows???

thats b.c its not a normal vette....if this was a reguler c5 kill...id be like good kill and that would be the end of it...this is a Zo6. and with his mods and what hes running its a hard story to beleive...again, im not callin b.s, but its something i would need to see to beleive.

stock your car runs low 15s, high 14s right? its not even the AWD r32 VW which still only runs mid high 13s...you have a big built setup but i wouldnt go around bashing vettes running a 12.8 and trapping 116....bolt-on z06s would hand you your *** on a silver platter

u spank me? from a stop but not from a roll. u have 280 at the wheels, ur AWD, u weigh more than me. i have 300 with more torque than u, weigh less,and RWD. o and i ran that 13.0 with stock f1's at 35psi. i really don't care that u can beat me in the quarter, i care that with all those mods u have, i still have more power than u and i believe u about that post cause anythin can happen on the street. dude we don't think our cars are like a hand from god, b/c there will always be someone faster. i bet a bolt-on c5 will *** rape u. btw u shouldn't even be here, ur NOT an ls1 owner and most of all ur NOTa domestic owner, ur just some ricer who think his AWD car with 280 is faster than an ls1.
