3rd time WTF!!!!!!
3rd time WTF!!!!!! I was out last night and i was bringing a friend home when i see this car flying up on me he flys by me and gets stopped at a red light. I pull up and its a Plymouth but thats all it said on the side we made bets to see if he was gunna peel out when it turned green sure enough he did and i took off through first gear just to show him he was a waste of time. After first i put it in nuetral and he came flying back up on me put down his window and said pull over i looked at his shirt and saw he was a cop. So i pulled over and 2mins later a real police car pulled up this is the 3rd time in the past 3 nights i i have been pulled over. They talk 2 each other for 5 to 10mins and the guy coems back and says be carefull who u race i was like sir if you call that a race im sorry. Then he says ur luck i dont have a pen otherwise you would be getting a ticket. Gave me back my id and registration and said see ya later.

yes, a real cop told me this when some guy with a mall security badge tried to pull me over...strangely enough he ende dup getting arrested for impersonating an officer.
here in Ny it is illegal for a unmarked car to pull you over, ony cars with lights/decals etc.. can puill you over, the reason being that anyone can get a shirt or play cop. There have been people raped and **** like that for pulling over for a fake cop. As for you, careful who you play around with on the street.

I had some nut sucker say he was a cop in his suv awhile back and he claimed the cops were on the way. I told him in so many words to F**k himself and took a right so he could not follow.
Know what happened???
Nothing. For one he was speeding and driving wrecklessy while off duty (if he was a cop) and I would have had his badge for some of the **** he was saying and doing and I had a witness.
Cop or not, unless they are in a marked car and you KNOW he is a cop I say "F**K em".

Verdad Gallardo ya that i was thinking to myself the whole time jsut keep on driving but right when he pulled up to me he hoped on his radio t o call teh other car. My friend said he seen that cop in teh neighborhood a few weeks ago and he had just joined the force. i didnt want to cause more problems if i would kept driving cause you know he would have said i tried to elude him and then find a reason to hit me with his stick or something. If i was alone i wouldnt have stopped i should report this kid that would be a good one against him for f**kin with me.

I think I know what happened..... he called the backup, the backullp car came and said "man, what the hell are you doing, you can get your badge taken away for this". So that rookie cop says, "damn, what do I do". Other cop "just let him go man, hopefully he wont tell anyone". So he lets you go with the BS that he doesnt have a pen, Im sure both those cops had enough pens to choke a horse with..... he realized he did wrong, and let you go to save his behind. Tell the Police, get him fired. That was Entrapment and I know where I live an unmarked car w/o lights cannot legally pull you over, thats the most half-assed thing Ive ever heard of.

First, no lights or anything, he can't do a thing. Second, entrapment will get you off everytime too. If the cop is reving, etc, to get you to race, that's entrapment. Will get thrown out everytime.
