602rwhp Vette Vs. 850rwhp Supra
who do you think would win from a 40-50 punch?
I know I would beat him at the track ,but the highways a different story!
I have a 99frc with a six speed and he has a 96 SINGLE turbo setup with a A4! Be sure to take the weight and traction into consideration (3200lbs vette vs 3650supra). I have no traction issues at a 40-50 punch with the 315dr in the back ,but he does with the tire he has!
tell me what you think!

Depends on what you race up to. If he has traction issues then you should jump out on him but as the MPh increases his power will start making up ground on you. I think though from a 40-50 mph punch you should have him to about 130mph or so IMO, then its anyones guess. Good luck though and get the race on tape if you do run him.

Race him I think that you will do better than you think or some have said. I raced a 94 Supra / six speed / Single Turbo (GT-47)@29 psi and spraying the exterior of his intercooler with N20 for cooling. Anyway he only put like 3-4 lengths on me from a 40 to 130 mph race. That is pretty good on my part considering he was making 8XX something hp and I was making 520 or so at the time! He was pulling hard at the end, but for the 2 gear he remained right beside me and then walked a length in 3rd and when I was in 4th he continued pulling hard. He refused to race from a stop on the street and on the track! He is scared to run at the track!!!

If the supra is an auto, I see him giving you plenty of trouble at the track as well...
I doubt you will win, but you might stay out infront for a while from a punch with the instant tq you get from nitrous. How big of a shot are you currently running to make 602 rwhp?

No, the Supra would easily win both, if the driver can push the gas pedal and do a burn out, then come up to the line and hit the gas. A 800 + whp supra auto with a stall is tough on the track, and assuming he can brake boost you have no chance from a roll. This is considering the driver is good.

At the track I say he will likely win, but driver mod is huge at these power levels. I couldnt launch either car if my life depended on it LOL.
But having said that, and A4 is likely a lot easier to use from a dig than an M6 in a car making huge power at low revs.
The only thing I am sure of is the need for video.

If it didn't/hasn't happened...its not a race...go bench race somewhere else....
there are too may pussies in the world with fast cars...you have a H/C blown vette and are afraid to race someone...therefore your a *****. You feel the need to ask an internet site what MIGHT happen, and get answers from a bunch of guys (most of which have never raced a really fast car on the street). Dyno HP doesn't mean **** when it comes to street racing...traction and driving skill makes up for a lot...even 200 rwhp...I know from experience.
I suggest you take your tampon out and race this guy. If it isn't for money, then who the **** cares....
bunch of pussies...
btw, yes I would race either the vette or supra for money before anyone asks....
