Default Raced a 99-01 Cobra hehe

Well, this is really the first race since the new tune and latest power mods. I was smoking down and onramp at about 120 or so, I look to make sure traffic is clear and no cops, and I see the cobra foglights. I slow down to about 65 or so, and see his lights pop up a lil bit..yippee..he's game. He pulls beside me and I motion for him to take the jump from about 70. Just for ***** and giggles I dump the clutch at 6300 in 3rd and light them up for a sec. When I got traction it was all over. It looked like he hit the brakes I pulled so fast. I waved and gave thumbs up as we went seperate ways off the highway. Fun lil run. I can't wait to find a Terminator to see how I fair off before I get the AFR's

I replaced 3 torsen differentials in my 99 Z28 when I had it as well....A cam and TNT 150 shot tends to do that to ya. But the damn things were easy as hell to rebuild and the carriers were only 150 bucks from SLP. Kinda hard to fork out 2Gs for a nine inch when you can rebuild the old one for 200....

You break the torque arm or driveshaft yet? If not what kind of tires and gearing are you running.

recnetly upgraded to an adjustable UMI torque arm but it was just get pinion angle right since i'm lowered. haven't broke anything yet but it's because i'm running street tires, would rather spin through first than blow rear end, however i'm have funds building up for a Strange dana 60 and a Stroker.
