03 Cobra Ran a 03 cobra on the way to the meet tonight had the bottle open so i figured id just embarress him. It sounded stock except maybe the basic bolt ons. On the bottle i just kept destroying him so i turned it off and ran him on motor and he would barley edge me out by the end of my 4th gear from about a 50 roll. It was fun glad i had the bottle on though

When are you going to install a nice fat cam? It REALLY wakes that car up! I went through 3 cams on my 99 SS before I was happy though. Good kill/death.

Jay i wish i could save enough $$$ to build up the valvetrain and put a cam in. It will cost right around 1500bucks to do it all. Oil pump, timing chain, springs, the cam, labor, ect ect.. ive wanted to for awhile but everytime i get some extra $$ something happens.lol
Those 03-04 Corba's run real strong stock.

Get a cam and I will help you here at the shop like on a Friday and Saturday when Im slow. I wont charge you, as long as you are able to help with the tear down and what not. Let me know.

that motivated me a bunch lol. i have no problem helping at all and ill throw you some cash anyway. I will be looking at getting valvetrain stuff shortly ive already decided on the new MS4 camshaft though.

Ill admit, i havent raced an LS1 yet, but when i do, im ready to loose beacuse of your motors loving N20 the way ours do boost. good death and its mad ill (yea, i said it) that you ran him without the bottle just to see what owuld happen.

Lol, well Jay..I can say im very happy with my 2.2 at 19 psi, hopefully get it dyno'd this weekend. But as I said before if I get tired of it I'll just spray a bit (lol already got the NX kit )
