Doesnt sound like the LS1 is even in the right gear. Race me and ill show you.

I raced a supercharged G35 and we were head to head but I started pulling away little by little. I had my t-tops off so im sure that didint help on bit.

Because you have a V8 doesnt mean you will make more torque. A person on another thread here has a procharged C5 vette than only makes 470rwhp and 433ftlbs of torque from 7psi. I made more than torque than that from the same amount of boost in my 350z. So you can throw your theory out the door!

Why is it that every V8 enthusiast thinks they would make more torque from a V8. I've said this before. A stock 350z makes more torque than a 4.6 liter stang, 5.0 liter stang and a 5.7 liter Lt1
Um... you realize that I was saying that I was sad, cuz that was the same hp and more torque than my car would make, right? Kinda looks like ya didn't...

Edit: And stock 350Zs do NOT make more torque than anything you just listed. A stock 350Z is lucky to put down 240lb/ft at the wheels, whereas 4.6 Mustangs put down 270-280lb/ft stock.

Dude listen. Knowone is saying a 350z is faster than an ls1. What he is saying is, there not that much faster through the 1/4 than a 350z. You have some 350z that run 13.6 at 102 and some at 14.2at 99mph. The typical ls1 doesnt trap at 109, maybe at 105-106.

Supercharged 350z/g35's do not compare in performance to the twins that you see. Race a twin g35 and see what the outcome would be. Gaurantee you will get beat. Especially if you trap at 109.

I was going to say that too.

The VQ doesn't compare well with any V8 in the torque category, its rather gutless at low RPM's, after all its only a 3.5 V6.

Very rarely will a 350Z be able to break into the 13's or trap above 100MPH. Thats a cold day in hell when it happens. More commonly they run 14.0 @ about 100MPH.

Maybe you're just ignorant, but over half a second and 6MPH is a huge difference in 1/4 miles times. Thats not close, at all. I don't know what you're smoking or what kind of brain damage you have.

I love how you always have to rep the F/I 350Z, as if it came from the factory that way. Well I've got some news for you, Supercharged or turbocharged 350Zs do not compare in performance to Supercharged or Turbocharged LS1's. You have to compare apples with apples here riceboy, obviously a car with an aftermarket turbo kit is going to be faster than most stock cars.

So without F/I the VQ loses to the LS1, and with both motors having F/I the VQ still loses to the LS1. Give it up already, your precious imports lose as ususal

Your a dumbass!

350z comes with 300hp and 287ftlb, which is more impressive than a 5.7 liter Lt1.

You are so wrong those 2 engines are completely different, the LS1 is not at all based on LT1 technology. The LS1 was built from the ground up from scratch.

That right there shows how little you know. Learn a bit before you say dumb **** like that.

Kind of a shame that a v6 with 9psi can yank a cobra with a blower and pulley upgrade. So much for torque monsters

Wow, he just made you look like a moron, and now you're just making yourself look even more retarded.

You're comparing a 2006 Nissan motor to a 1993 GM motor. You would need to compare the LT1 to a 1993 Nissan motor in order to make that a reasonable comparison.

Of course, you're not a reasonable person, you're a complete moron, so that explains that.

Why don't I come down there, punch you in the face, light your shitty riceburners on fire, and than drag you around behind my car.

That would do everyone a huge favor, because you're just beyond stupid.
