Around here we have Vettes (Duh it's Bowling Green), but none will ever play, ever. Only real runs I've had were a 1000GSXR (he beat me by 3 lengths to 150 from a 60 roll... I don't know how I managed that ****), a Viper RT/10 (Decent run, he was stunned at the outcome though), built Buick GN that was in the 11s apparently (Beat him by a couple lengths), and this last one... At the local track (Beech Bend), it was Mustang weekend or w/e and they were all over the ******* place. I didn't feel like running because there were as many cops as Stangs, but this guy wanted to run me in his V6 (???). I was gettin ready to head home so I went with it. Little did I know that it was the fastest V6 stang in the country. I watched him run the next day, mid 9s. 76mm turbo at 34 psi. Thing was crazy.

Im one of the faster cars around here, which isnt saying all that much around here there are, a few lightly modded Srt4's, an sti, few 99-01 cobras, 1-2 Terminators, very very few ls1's, hardly no vettes, and 2 FD's....and a 1000bhp supra it runs 6.80's in the 8th spinning...i can or have beat most stuff but i do want a rematch against a yellow FD that pulled about a buslength on my from 50-85, i wanna try him with my n20

most of the cars that race for $ in my area would whoop my *** unless it was my spray to their motor, then i may have a chance but they'll never give me that race..

they roll down on a trailer, i drive down... so who really cares.

imports that can hang= they are out there but few and far between. also trailered from what i've wittnessed.

i've found once you are faster than like high 11's you can't really find a good race, either you whoop up bad on the person or you get SMOKED bad. hard to find a good race while im spraying, can never tell if the other person is bullshitting or not.

most of the guys (who can beat me)
go to the track,

you figure,
if it's a nice car, and it's faster than mid 12's
the owner is probably mature enough to not race (much) on the street.

pluss, I live just 20 min from a track (less than 3 hours from 2 other tracks)

Hmmm...Living in DFW I would get my *** kicked my half of the cars around here. Domestics are the only things that can beat/hang with me though, I love ashaming 2v GT's and rice all day.

I guess it depends whether it's from a dig or a roll. On my current set-up I haven't been beaten yet...from a roll. As far as the track...I've only mustered a 10.5, but that was on Pirelli's. Mid 9's to come...

There are quite a few 2V GTs and imports around here that would show you a good time

In my town of almost 30k there are a couple fast cars I see regularly. One is a 427 C5 that I have beaten a couple of times, he's emmissions legal. There's also two friend's with cobras. One makes 600rwhp and the other 650 with a built motor. I think I can beat the 600 one from a dig and am hoping to find out soon. Now if I venture off anywhere outside of my town, I need to pack a couple hundred extra hp if I want to hang with the big boys

LOL at the "baddest ****" voters. I only see one other, that may be worthy.

yeah there's deffinitely no shortage of the "hemi" ego in nj, i ran into a supercharged 05 ram one day on the way to wildwood car show, when i was just bolt on's. i missed a gear and still beat him until i let off the gas, @around 100, i was suprised at how fast it was though, he wasnt too far behind, and he was almost even with my friends evo(upgraded clutch was all i remeber). the stock ram's are a joke.. the guy in the ram did a pretty nice burnout, right before he tried to race us too. as for competition i pretty much never have any, unless i go far north.if i can get traction, its really going to suck for comp now that im h/c..

most of the competition around here are mustangs, i would say as far as the fastest would be randyws6 with 418 stroker that lives about 45 min away from me....im no competition for the mustangs yet....coming soon lts, ofrypipe, cam, stall and gear...and then maybe ill get the party started....still yet im not gunning for randy...cant afford nothing that fast...oh yeah its harlan,ky...go to www.wotracing.net and you can see some of the competition that are running around in the mustangs....
