It will be close, could go either way. If you run him on the street from a roll, my money would be on the Cobra (higher trap speed).

Well.. we went at it just a while ago... and man does he have to play catch up after i luanch with my 3800 stall w/DR's (nittos). He's on DR's too (mickeys). Both of us had spun a bit, but i say i was almost 2 cars in front of him after the luanch. He still hasnt put his headers on yet so i think he will have even better low end torque and better top end too after those are put on.... He closes the gap a little bit but im way done with my quarter mile by then... I think cause my car being a cammed/high stalled car it performes better in the 1/4 or dead stop...than it does on the freeway, cuz on the freeway 50-120, me being a a4, he takes me. I didnt have the bottle on me at the time, it still needs to be filled, but i think i will take him on the freeway with a 100 shot.

Sounds like to badass cars,Got a buddy at work trying to get an 04Cobra right now,so Im sure when he gets it will be racing ,what do 03-04 run and trap stock,(i wanna say 12.8@111-113 range is what Iv heard).right now Im 13.0@109

..... And his blower was ported .....
The LS1 put down more power and is lighter anyway so that's what I would expect. I want to know what a 150 shot feels like inside an LS1.

He will have to learn to roll onto the throttle off the line (street) and play catch up. Good kill though! He must hate you.

my buddy has got a 04 cobra with a pullied eaton s.c., 4.10 gears, with MT drag radial, and runs a 10.9/134mph consistently and thats granny shifting. 1.60 60ft. i believe if ur buddy new how to drive he would probably gets u on track and off, from a dig or roll. but it's a toss up.
