i believe that pretty much sums up your actions in this thread.

PS. i'm 20, highschool was not too long ago, i'm currently in college, and my parents do not pay for my car, as much as i would like them to.

and even if his parents DID buy his car, for you to make fun of him because of that only shows jealousy, most likely because your parents were not able to treat you the same way.

It's a well known fact that he 01/02 LS1's are faster, and put down more power. This subject has all but been beat to death. The horrible cam you are speaking about was actually more aggressive, not to mention the LS6 intake manifold/LS6 clutch that came on the 01/02 model cars. Also some of the 02's came with LS6 heads.

lol @ this thread

If you seriously did dig races and he still lost, then somthing is wrong.

you could easily hit a bad spot in an a4 (like 50) and the m6 torque could hold it down getting a hit perhaps. I'd still think on a nice road in good conditions the ls1 should still come out ahead by a small margin at x speed.

If the a4 was actually driving properly and shifting, I dont see how he could lose this. definately not from a dig with good tires and driving. the roll speeds are the variable IMO.

Actually it is rather easy to change the isp you appear to post from by going through a proxy server or vpn connection.

My car isn't paid for either.. I go to school, work 7 days a week, and part out cars in my free time. Mommy doesn't love me enough to buy me a car.. and if she did there would be no Camaro involved.

funny thing about this whole argument (that's been going on since 98') the same Mags, mfr's tests of the two engines, in F-body's show the LS1's outperform the LT1's by a large margin (take this from anywhere you want) a minimum of .5+ in the 1/4.. if those results (your race with the guy in the T/A) are legit you have the quickest LT1 and he has one of the slowest lol....

Really?? How many times I ask?? Look at the list my friend. The times are VERY consistent.....The LS1 are consistently in the mid 13s....the LT1 are in the upper 13 and most in the 14s....stock for stock...same driver, unless a nature disaster occurs during the race, LS1 will always win.....If you are sure your LT1 is a healthy, unmolested specimen, your buddy LS1 had a couple of bad days, some mechanical glitch or he plainly screw it up.....

'98-99 cars had the most aggressive cam...more so than the '01-02's. Some 02's got an LS6 block, not LS6 heads.
