I gotta say that my stang was a lot more fun then my LS1. Its rare when I get someone trying to race me in the Z28. In the Stang it seemed everyone had something to prove. A few LT1's in your 96 GT? I was neck and neck with a 96 GT in a ******* 2003 mercury sable...must've been 3.8 v6's.

I would normally say nice kill, but the name of the thread made me lose respect. Your car is far from fast, and us "Lid/exhaust" guys aren't getting our butts hurt, my ls1 isn't even my fastest car.
Am I the only one getting sick of all the mustang guys on here talkin **** all of the time? Everytime you post a kill about something there is atleast one mustang guy posting that he would of won.

Please a Mercury Sable is the slowest POS vehicle in the face of the planet. My mom has a Taurus (same POS) and I got anally raped by my friends V6 stang. The only thing that it is good for is for racing little Hondas, even then its neck to neck.
A 3.8 is such are such POS I smacked one around by like 6 cars in the stang.
My stang was a factory freak though lololol.

I think this guys got it. Also, as an LT1 owner, I know my car isn't fastest thing out there comparatively, but for there time they were great. They are still able to give me a little joy on the road so lay off man.

the lt1 was quick in its day but it is way out of technology..any of you guys with stock lt1s that say you beat 05+ gts my hat is opff to you because either the drivers are 80 yr old or you are a damn good driver..

It takes alot of hard work to get into the 10's. It takes a hand full of mods to get into the 12's. Hell most people on here aren't even in the 12's. Thus why Unit and I make sure to let them know that they are not fast, disrespectful or not. When you need to be put in your place, you need to be put in your place. 
BTW you seem to be crying alot. Maybe you should have bought a Mustang?
