having a 5 year old car wasnt the point, the point was that i couldnt get a fbody in to the 9's even though there in the 8's already and maybe 7's idk 100% sure on that. an the other thing is that i can do it cheaper.

im not "anti-mustang" just anti-5.4 supercharged car that does a high 12 in a 1/4.

i just dont understand y they can make a nice looking car, but cant make it fast and it has alot of power left on the table. but for stock its not fast enough for the price tag. it should at least be in the high 11's or low 12's with that motor supercharged from the factory

lol you just dont give up do you. this went from the new mustang gt to the gt500 to now a fox body. are you also adding the price of the car in it b/c im not. just the parts. and i havnt seen a fox body yet to run 9's except for the one that had the ls1 in it

you have never seen a foxbody run 9s, wtf you must never watch many races, i gave up on this thread a while ago it just annoyed me so much i felt like posting again lol, a friend of mine has 2 foxbodys, both with no more than $10,000 in eithe of them. one runs 5.40 in the 1/8 the other runs 6.20. do the math that all the 9 sec you want. but ur right thread is it should be locked

i can do it for that price or less to its called buy a 402 iron ls2 short block, put l92 heads on it, ls6 intake manifold, vengeance VRX7 244/248 .612/.596 112/113/114 LSA cam, and 300 shot of nitrous. on a 98 stripped out camaro, with drag slicks, and suspension. and that is still about that price or less and i would be doing all the work.

Speaking of Racing..I don't think that the Guy is goin to re-match, I think he figured out that he is beat..
He told me that he got re-tuned, but didn't say anything after that..probably didn't want to loose his money..

I got my Tune in mine, so it's pretty much good now, I didn't say anything about that..
