Honorable death................

But the truck thing is so true. Just saw a 70' lwb chevy the other day with a 502 and a procharger. It looked stock except for the large meats. Didn't sound mean either. Till he left, 1-3 burnout from a stop without touching the brakes ( I could see the lights ). Looked scary. Imagine stopping that thing with factory brakes!!!!!

Hi, I would actually like to try and make that!! I haven't ever had my car on the track and have been wanting to for quite some time. I've heard that is a very nice track. If I can talk the wife into it and/or get a buddy or 2 to come I may just do that, I would really like to get a time slip to go with the mods I've done and had done to the car. What's the cost on this? PM me with the details as I don't want to hijack the thread!! Thanks!

Nice run Brent... too bad your first street race in the new car had to be a loss. A respectable death none the less.

Edit - I still cant stop laughing. #2 is just ******* hilarious.

Seriously these people where i race must think im retarted lol. They ask "hey you wanna run that truck?" and i ask them to start it up, thing has a cam lope so ******* nasty it could pass for being broken lol. then you see that the interior is more reminding of the cockpit of a F16 with all the gauges and of course one of them always says "bottle pressure". thats when i realize that its game over lol.

Nice death. A Grand National is my dream car. I would own one but instead I bought a Z28 (which isn't a bad thing....I guess).

It's not weak when it's KNOWN that he'll get his *** kicked lol. It's ignorant to throw money on a race that you know you'll lose..
