he has 4.56 gears in a built rearend,MT DR's,CAI,TUNER,and alot of weight savings and some other stuff(not sure),the car runs great for the minimal MODS he has!
my car has a stall and full exhaust and a K&N filter but it's not tuned so the shifts are fubard! especially the 2-3 gear shift that will not happen so I coasted everytime across the finish line in the 1/8! I went a 7.99@80 with a 1.73 60ft just walking it out of the hole! trying to launch it out the hole just gave me much wheel spin on the BFG DR's so after I get some kind of TUNE? I will be looking into either some MT DR's or ET street's!

once again Mach1nut and myself have battled back and forth but he did beat me on a earlier run when I had annihilated the tires from the get go so this was a clean run for both of us!
and for the record he(Adam) is a cool guy and the rilvary between his Mach1 and My WS6 will be going back and forth seeing that he just ordered a nitrous kit and full exhaust and some other good **** I'm sure!

well he wonder's the same thing about the gears but he mainly races 1/8 mile around these parts so he will have to test&tune a little with it but after he gets the headers,X pipe,and true catback(he only has flow's right now) and a solid tune by Travis franklin at Gearheads he will be right on my *** N/A or maybe even better since he goes to the track more often then I do! either way it's an honor for me to lose to someone with his Class even though he drives a Mach1 Adam(mach1nut) is a all around great guy willing to help a fellow racer out with whatever needs to be done just to get racing!



Seriously though.....it's cool that you guys have this going on. AND yes, the 4.56s will be too much IMO....even with a 75-100shot.
what size stall? You do want to get it tuned for the converter atleast. I was having all kinds of problems with my lock up and such till it was tuned.

If he needs help with his combo tell him to holla at me. I ran mid 7's N/A with the stock motor. 6's on the hose isn't that hard to do. But tell him don't get too happy with the n20 on the stock motor. When are you guys running again? I'm picking my car up today.
Possibly not. The poster trapped 80mph and the Mach 1 trapped 84. If that race kept going then the Mach might have pulled it back. Possibly not enough to win in the 1/4, but it wouldn't have been worse.

He did say the 2-3 shift wasn't happening, though, so he coasted through the traps. If this is the case, he may have trapped quite a bit higher. It did kind of look like he was pulling a little bit up top before the lack of a shift.

You are somewhat correct about the 'coasting'. But OD, did say it was a 'clean run'. In all seriousness thoug...does the A4 pull in third like the M6's do? (with a stall). Cause I know the machs love third gear as well.
