Don't be upset because I have a 600hp Mustang.

I also have a '06 Trailblazer and a '07 Dakota. I'll
be getting a new vehicle in a 2 months as well. I support
the American auto industry, which is why I have a Ford,
a GM, and a Chrysler vehicle. My next project car is
going to be a FI LSx car of some sort...most likely a
convertible C6.

Nice try though on the "Ford guy" thing.

Let me see if I can find the article, it was in MM&FF a while back.

why wrong that he owns a cobra? any real car guy can respect any car thats quick and looks good, despite personal preferences.
when preferences make you blind to potential performance aspects, you can miss out.

no problem. ive got nothing against a mustang. its not my personal favorite, but that doesnt mean i dont respect them and the people that own and mod them. racing and what not is about making YOUR car YOURS. if thats a mustang, camaro, trans am, corvette, so be it, its yours and your happy, screw everyone else.

it would be even less likely outta a 04 built mustang, there 2v and dont breathe near as well, i have seen many 1000 hp 2v but none that make 800 at even near that low of boost, the only way is if its nowhere near a 281.

Okay sorry, it wasn't 8 psi I just re-read the article. Big Twins in the August 2006 issue of MM&FF.
301ci modular engine at 8.8:1 compression with twin 57mm turbo's at 15 psi has 602 rwhp and 615rwtq. On 22 psi it is making 804rwhp and 812rwtq. Fully ported and polished Stage 2 heads from Patriot Performance with lumpy camshafts at 223/237 degrees at 0.050 duration and 0.545/0.550 lift. It runs 11.20's at 120mph at 9psi.
