good kill, I beat a cobra in a bolt on lt1. But I treed him really bad and watched/heard him miss a gear right before the finish. Those cars are fast but most ford guys can't drive that good.

The fastest stock LS1 run I have ever seen documented was Evan Smiths 12.89 run. I have heard 03/04 Cobras have hit 12.4 in stock trim so don't even go there. As much as I love LS1's we lose the stock vs stock debate with SVT Cobras.

Im in no way demanding a stock LS1 is faster than a stock termie i didnt even say that. what i said was ive SEEN LS1's run these times. thats all and like i said ive seen numurous z28/ss run 13.0-13.3 at the track that were stock maybe ive been at the right place at the right time i dont know.

units last car was a a4 lsx car. i think hes got a good idea what he's talking about when it comes to the lsx world

is it that hard to believe that some freakishly built factory cars exist? in this case a LS1? im sure there are some cobras out there too. wow i guess the truth is naive to some people especially when the evidence is right there
