Im thinking it will be close but the Z06 will win it. The reason I think is cause you have stock Gears. But I am not a pro about this stuff...that just kinda what I think will happen. Also depends on the driver too of course. Good luck man and I am looking forward to see the vid

venom ws7,
You got an intercooler or water injection hooked up to that heat pump your runnin'? If not, I would stay far away from adding timing. Sorry for the off topic post. Just don't want to see your motor get fried.

With even a decent driver, I'll give the win to the Z06 for sure. Depending on what speed you want to race to will determine how many car lengths the vette will put on the Z28. 460-470hp is probably underestimating a Z06 with a CAI and Tune. It will probably be closer to 490hp. The vette will be lighter, more aerodynamic, and he is making all of his power from motor alone without the power adder. From my general experience, if your all motor power matches someone else's FI power, with equal weight and driver, the all motor car will win every time.

Exactly what this guy said....Most intake/tune Z06's are right around 480 rwhp...So figure 3200 pounds and 480 rwhp VS 3300 poundsPLUS THE WEIGHT OF THE SC and 480 rwhp...
Then NA is better than FI everydayoftheweak..
2-3 cars for the Z06 by 135 mph..
