Default Totally bitch slapped a 5.7 GTO.
On the highway from a roll. never even downshifted (5th gear) 70-140. Screwed with him a few times making him think he had a chance and just peddeling to hold him off, floor it and pull on him like a ****..

Not sure if the GTO downshifted either. But I do have ~150rwhp more than a stock GTO now.

There was a guy at NED last year with a GTO that had 6.0 badges. He ran 14.xx.

I've seen Dave's car run low twelves and that was before the AFR's....

Ran those times with a smoked clutch too. Now I need a tranny rebuild.

I realize you have alot more power, but 5th gear @ 70mph is what in your car? 2300rpm's maybe? Your fifth doesnt really hit hard until what about 120ish?
Do you think I would pull you from a 70 roll with me in fifth? I have 630rwhp. I dont think so.

Wasn't running a turbo GTO, probably a stocker. Car makes over 350rwtq @ 2500rpms, so it does pull well @ 2500.

Can't hit 2-3 or 3-4 shifts @ WOT & 6800 rpms.

I have several friends that would laugh @ 630 rwhp, so no matter who you are, there is always some one faster.

2800 rpm at 70 with 4.11s and stock tire.
