OP, your story is rediculous. That dude had to be a fake. What a tool to pose as a cop.

I'm almost positive it is illegal in all states. I was simply implying that he probably just bought the lights/sirens in order to scare everybody that beat him.

Even if he was a cop that's entrapment. Most judges will throw out BS like that where the Police are instigating a crime. And Cops know the law pretty well and are pretty smrt 99% of the time. Which is why they dont bother with crap like that much.

If only cheapo-depot cars were not in vogue for being "modded" we would not have broke arsed retards doing things like this. If anyone sees him please call it in.

When I was in school we had a guy running around town posing as police officer and then attempting to gain entry/rape people. It does a ton of harm to the community since people get scared and dont interact with the police. Which allows all sorts of bad stuff to happen.

Pretty sure that it is illegal to have any lights shining outside of the vehicle with the exception of reading lights, etc.

Then they at least have to be easily identifiable as an officer...a fully shown badge at all times would be a good start.

Oh I agree fully. But are Import Interceptors actually around? I've seen Intrepids, Impalas, Chargers, Crown Vics, Taurus's, Camaros and Mustangs used ... never anything that wasn't a Ford, GM or Chrysler product tho.

I dunno, I just saw a black nissan maxima with lights in the grill and stuff, looked like a DD. I don't know what's going on, but this isn't the first time I've heard of cars like this pulling people over lately
