03/04 Cobra Kill
Got couple run Ins with an 03/04 Cobra Vert today around eastern Jackson Co.
1st one was a roll and he got the jump but he still got a car on me by 110ish.
2ns one was a dig and I got to test out my new suspension
5K launch spun a tiny bit and then instant 3-4 cars, and held him off until 115 when I shut down. Guy was cool as hell, he said he just had a cat-back and my car surprised him from the dig.
*Note* My car has Lid,GMMG Cat-back,9inch & alot of suspension work

not good 1st run i blew the tires off and it went 12.30 with a 2.23 60. second and last run hooked decent with a 1.82 60 but i got all excited and shifted 2nd way too early. shifted at 5k when the car pulls to 6500. so needless to say dropped outa the power band for second gear and the suffering results where another 12.30 @ 117. only made 2 runs due to a buddy of mine breaking an axle at the line. so we had to figure out how to get him home. heres the link to the breaking of the axle. my buddys camaro also went a new best on the motor of 12.0 on the same run. Nice kill, OP. I'm surprised it hooked up from that kind of a launch with just that suspension and MTs. You were able to do a nice smokey burnout, I take it? Or did you just slip the clutch like a madman?
Hmmm, 12.3 @ 117, eh? Pulleyed, you say? I think it's time for us to meet up and run em.
Ahem, new times in sig. And we had an 8-15mph headwind all day according to my timeslips.
