Look at whats in my sig.. I might put a car or 2 on a stock C6 M6 vette from a roll to 130mph. From a stop it's a whole different story!!
What is your trap? If its not more than 115 or so you aren't pulling on a C6 from a roll, period.

I should trap around 120+ mph with the right size rear tire. I have the converter reworked and all I'm waiting on now is rear Greg Welds. I also installed the ported fast and the Nick Williams TB since my last track run. I am taking it back to Allan next week for the retune.

Well that's not 100% true. In idea conditions with both cars being driven to their peak - yes.

But there's that unpredictable thing behind the wheel.

Be bit lazy about shifting, short shift, be in the wrong gear or have the frigging footwell mat wedged under the gas pedal and a different result may well occur.

The quickest car does not always win the race.

But on the whole I do agree with what ya sayin

All I meant by it is, the Corvette's strong suit is over 100mph. Its geared and designed for just that. I haven't had anything short of a turbo'd LS1 beat me from a high (75mph) roll. Not saying that I couldn't be beat but just saying it hasn't happened yet.

And you've raced H/C/I F-bodies from a roll and beat them with a stock vette?

Not H/C/I. Cam/full exhaust yes. An FBody's real advantage over a corvette is from a dig, the SRA helps a lot and the Vette's roll race gearing and low aero help from a high roll.
