Default Z06 vs. Cobra

Those Cobras are stout on the highway. I raced one in my 01 Z06 (tune, LT's, intake) and I'm not sure what he had (he did have 3 gauges on his A-pillar so it's safe to assume he wasn't stock). We started at about 60 and he jumped a good 1.5 - 2 lengths on me. I slowly reeled him in and passed him at about 110 and walked steadily from there until we shut down. He was taking the next exit so we got next to each other and exchanged thumbs up. Cool guy, I just wish I knew what all he had done. It was definitely a bad *** looking car, though! Hopefully when I get my camera back I can get some videos up.

Ricer also don't have a car that friggin' rumbles. This car sounded mean.

Those are Escalade gauges. Plug right in and even have a transmission temperature gauge whereas the stock gauges don't.

Buddy of mine has changed pullies and the exhaust and tuned it and put down 517/520. Doesn't take much to make those cars a beast...

This happened a few weeks ago but I'm pretty sure that it was either blue or black. It had gauges in the A-pillar and the driver looked like he was in his 20's and probably a fairly skinny guy.

No he doesn't. It requires a ported blower to make that kind of power.

Good runs OP...and great looking Z06!
