I understand ratios, but it is what it is....we took off after 3 honks and he steadily pulled me to that point at 130. There were several other Fbodies around when it happened...someone was also actually videoing as well.

It was after a car show coming down the highway and a bunch of FBody cars left together. I just saw the video camera as I was the 2nd guy the Corvette raced. There were a number of cars running each other and this guy had his camera focused on us when I saw him. Perhaps if he sees this post he will put it up here for us, but I don't personally know him. Had a red 00-01 Trans Am.

I thought would post an update on that Cobra as he pulled in behind me at our local store last night. The car is an 03' with a blower. He said the car runs high boost (thought he said 20 pounds..?) and did confirm that he had gotten a 642 RWHP run on the dyno. The exhausts are I would presume dumps as you can't even here the blower going. Said he spent 2 years building the car and is getting ready to go to a twin turbo setup to try and get 1100 Horses out of it....pretty crazy.

I talked with him about that and he has not decided what to do for traction yet. Really doesn't matter what he does as that car will spin at any gear with that kind of power. We are supposed to make a run in my GN next week sometime after the holiday. He has not tracked it bu thought with his slicks he would be able to get a low 10 out of the car. We will be going to the Houston Raceway Park for that run on the track.
Don't know how much difference it will make but am going to hook my Cryogenic system to blow cold air into the intercooler, and then will have my Cooligmist Methanol system and controller in place for after the turbo as well. I am hoping to dial in to 28-30 lbs of boost where I normally run 25psi. I am going to try and dial it in on my FAST and see what the ratios look like.
Should be a very good run if all is good on the car at that point.
