Default 2001 Camaro SS vs 2001 BMW ///M5

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QGkS12uZ3V0

This is footage of the first rematch...

We originally raced back in 2007 when all I had was Tune and 4.10 gears....The footage at the beginning of the clip is our run from then from 60-150mph

I've added more mods since then and that is what the new footage contains...

The ///M5 needs new MAF's and once that is done we will be running again in September.

Thanks...The ///M5 is a beast up top and I was pleasantly surprised I held him off as much as I did once we went north of 100mph.

Once his MAF issue is taken care of I think it will be a closer race but I should still pull...

I'm very pleased with how the mods are working together currently...

Not sure if I have a factory freak, but I seem to put down the same power as cars with more mods....Looking forward to a big jump when I add Longtubes.

They are good for low, low 13's in stock form....My friend pull a 13.2 and thats with his having around 110k on the clock and before any serious maintenance was done....

They are terrors up top.

Definitely a very fun car to race.

My friend plans to replace his cats with some Borla 200 or 300 cell cats, fix his MAF's, and get a better tune and then we shall run again.

Here is some footage from August/September of 2007....

This is back when me and the ///M5 originally raced....

Compilation of summer footage with ///M5 vs Camaro roll race footage at the end: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6SxpU7HHMLo

Quick clip of a pass at Spokane Raceway Park: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJkZS03mBZk

I only had 4.10 gears and a Superchips tune in this footage.....Also still had a full interior including spare/jack
