You're quoting a stock ET time for a car that supposedly traps 116mph with "bolt-ons and a tune". As in bolting on new heads?

I've trapped 114 doing low 12's with my stock 210,XXX-mile motor. 116 seems quite doable without heads...

My best ET is garbage, only time I've ran at the track was on completely bald tires. At most, 1/16th inch tread. I pulled like 3-3.5 cars on the STS-V we had from 40 or 50 to 125, right after those runs at the track (on the way back).
Speaking of which, the STS-V ran a Charger R/T from like 50 to 160 and pulled at least 10 cars. It was bad.

Wasn't 116 though, it was 108. Wrong time slip, different car . That was the Monte Carlo's first run. I can't find my T/A time slips, they were in my car, but I haven't been home for 7 months and my family has been driving it once in a while, so they're gone now. MPH was something around 108, I remember thinking it was good for mid-high 12s.
