Magnum SRT10 vs 05 Chevy rcab

Default Magnum SRT10 vs 05 Chevy rcab

So I was sitting passenger in the Chebby 1500 when a black SRT10 Magnum drives by. I was curious about the car and had my buddy roll his window down as we pulled up to the stop light. It definately sounded like a V10, they have thier own sound.
As we are checking the car out, the light turns green. We hit it from about a 10mph roll when we hear the Magnum do the same. We took it up to about 70 staying half a car ahead. I was laughing my *** off as we did this.
Then it occured to me he could of been ******* with us. This was the first one I have EVER seen. Anyone ever encounter one of these things? I have to say the front facia and over all car looked good. If that was all it had though........I would shoot myself for owning it.

Sorry bud but don't think they make a Magnum SRT10. I tried to google it and found nothing. Unless you meant the Dodge Ram STR10.

I may have the car wrong. I am not up on my Dodge products. It is the station wagon thing. It did sound like a V10. I could be wrong on that. It definately said SRT10. It could of been misbadged to tell the truth. That may be why I have never seen one.

I would guess. It did say V10 though. It sounded pretty good actually. It just ran like poo.

If that Silverado is anywhere near stock, then I'm gonna have to say you raced a V6 Magnum... the R/T is a high 13s car, and the SRT-8s have gone high 12s. A 15 or 16s truck ain't gonna cut it.

x2...i have an edge gt and kill my buddies 5.3 extended cab. i know the regular cab weighs less but not enough to overcome the massive gap i put on him. and an srt8 is waay faster than me.

if the r/t is a high 13 car then thats good news...cause i beat my buddies by 1.5 cars from a dig and from a 40 roll. im stock.

Yea they generally run low 14s, but they *can* hit high 13s. Just like new edge GTs.

That's why I started thinking he was screwing around with us. Either way, it was a sexy looking car that sounded great.

maybe it was a v6 with a funky exhaust? But nice body kit.
