So I detailed my car all day, take it easy at Slowhawk's house and the time comes where I must return to my apartment.

I hop in the Camaro SS and start my journey, usally one or two little ricers pass me and I have a little fun on the boring drive home. I'm on rte 24 and this car comes screaming behind me. Driving a Camaro SS you know I can let this bugger pass me so I drop down to 4th gear and STOMP IT, vrrooommmm; I'm gone right? Starting to get onto the rte 24 onramp to 93 north; the SOB comes up behind me AGAIN. I say to myself this fool must not know that he's racing an american muscle car but I've lots more of what I just dished out. I drop the SS (yes, a SS, not a Z28 like my buddy TracerX) and I stomp it big time, cut off some cars, pass on the slow lane, get onto 93 North, cut across three lanes and back to the fast lane. In the midst of all that the car gets stuck in traffic, I yell out in my head "I pity you foo!" and once again not to my suprise this car comes up again so I let him catch up before I give him a last moment of embrassment, the car gets real real real close then

............... he flips on the strobes, I was racing a state police officer who wanted to pull me over but I lost him twice with the raw power of my LS1. He of course let me go and all is well but I thought I would share the reckless amazing jaw dropping daring life of JOE DIEEEEEESSSO.

Goes to show you, I don't care what you drive and how many badges, radios or guns you have in the trunk, if you try to pass the SS then ....... I'm gonna pity you FOO!

What kind of car did you think it was that came up onto your ***? Like another camaro or mustang that turns out to be a undercover?

Also while i was reading it, and you said he turned on his strobes, my first thought it was a ricer trying to pull you over. Haha

Until a real car passes you, then the only thing you'll pity is your own arogance.
Btw, I am not really sure what you were getting at with the whole putting down the Z28's ... since most of them are just as fast as the SS's.

I didn't understand the Z28 thing either. What's the difference....maybe 10-15 HP on a dyno? Big deal.

10-15 bhp maybe, definately not rwhp though. I would give the SS 5-10rwhp over a reg Z ... and Z's are generally lighter then the SS's, which make them pretty evenly matched.

My SS is lighter than my buddies SS.

I should of deleted the Z28 comment. I orginally posted this in the eastern fourm and I enjoy busting my buddies chops about owning a Z28 and I have a SS (his car is MUCH faster than mine; he has heads/cam, gears etc...) so I try to rub it in that I own the SS model.

Easy guys, the story was supposed to be funny.

I did the same thing almost except I flipped my officer the bird b/c I thought it was a pissed person I cut off..turns out it was an undercover..who also let me go

He of course let you go??! I'm sure he was attempting to pull you over to give you a ticket in the first place ... then you added felony evasion to his reasoning, and you say "he of course didnt give me a ticket" ??!?
