Yep, pretty much that's exactly what happens.

Good news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I now have complete tracking information. They are on a Roadway Express truck, I have a PRO number so I can keep tabs on them, and the actual estimated delievery date is 1/6/09 to my door. In fact, because you've all been so patient and understanding, here's the information cut and pasted from Roadway's site. I'll update periodically:

Estimated Delivery Date*:01/06/2009
(*If this is a residential delivery, please contact your local service center to verify delivery date.)

Ship From: HOUSTON, TX 77041 USA
Ship To: BROOKVILLE, PA 15825 USA
Status: Trailer 276143 is loading at HOUSTON TX USA

I will start processing orders in the next few days so I can expedite the order filling process (takes a lot of typing).

What I can tell you. Shipping the weight of a car isn't something you can just pack up on a UPS truck. Shipping by boat, truck lines and all that's involved isn't like shipping small stuff.

This is why I wanted to post the Roadway shipping information for you all to see. I just got that information, and wanted to keep you all posted. We get ever closer to the springs arriving.... now with solid proof vs. you all just taking my word for it.

I just ordered your springs about an hour ago and I just wanted to make sure I got one of the 100 sets!!! My name is Elvis Reynoso if that helps you out any... Oh and I want to order the agx shocks, I'm not gonna road race my car and it is my dd. I cannot afford the konis right now, but my stock 165,000 mile setup is not cutting it anymore. Should I put your springs on my stock shocks and save up for the konis? Or Will the kyb's be good enough? P.S. I am really considering buying the agx's right now, but I am waiting for your blessing first so to speak, HAHA! Thank you sir for all that you do for all of us crazy f-body nuts! You are the man Sam!

You're in. Set number 66 in fact. For those keeping score that leaves only about 35 sets left on this run (I have more on order already, but it'll be a while....).

I understand your position on the shocks. Koni's aren't cheap. I really prefer them which is why I use them on my own cars. That said, because the AGX's offer adjustment and available damping levels high enough to deal with springs like the Strano Springs, I can confirm they are a workable solution for controlling the spring rate and unlike other non-adjustable dampers you have the ability to tune the ride/handling. So you have my blessing. I only want to make sure you and others reading understand that there are differences between the AGX's and Koni's and the fact the AGX's will damp the springs doesn't mean they do it with the same level of precision or build quality as the Koni's.

I have AGX's in stock.

Sam...I thought these springs were lighter than air? Have I been misled by the internetz?

I'll be giving you a call in the near future about shocks to go along with said springs. My revalved Bilsteins were attacked by a Ground Control kit...

you gotta remember that truckers sometimes have to make 2-3 deliverys in the same truck to different places and then also this time of year sometimes they get delayed due to the weather conditions on the roads especially in the northern part of the country where they get snow.

all in all the 6th is just around the corner

This is what I saw on the road today. I wonder if this truck had Sam's springs in it.

Downright helium like. Ok, maybe not.

Sam...quick...tell the truck to stop in Cincy and I'll get my springs there. It'll save you the hassle of having to ship my set

I have the PRO number for the shipment itself, so even if the trailer changes (and it will because I need a liftgate for delivery), I'll be able to keep tabs on it.
