I've Koni DA 4/4 all around on my 02 Formula. Last sunday I go on a mountain cruise and I adjust my rear shock to firm up a little. When I turn the top adjuster, some oil leaking from the adjuster. After I clean up the oil, no leak or anything was found, before and after the cruise. What's wrong?

Also, when I drive through some bump, I can hear some loose noise from the rear. I check everything after the cruise and nothing was loose. Also the rear spring seat correct top and bottom. Any clue?

I install the front and rear shock myself in a shop for over couple months. I've the shop guy check everything and they look good. The spring is Vogtland spring from eBay. I centered the rear end with adjustable PHR already. Thanx for the help.

I don't think so. That's the risk that is taken when buying the shocks used privately. You can try, but not sure it will work.

Warranty is valid for the original purchaser.

So if I can get a hold with the original purchaser, I should be cover, right?

I guess if you can get him to do the legwork and claim they are his, they'll be covered. But it's not very honest, and the original purchaser will have to be willing to make time to do the warranty for you.

You bought used shocks, and one broke. I assume you got a deal, and with that you take your chances.
