Default Banging after LCA/PHR

I put on G2 LCA's and Adj. Hotchkis PHR-both poly/poly

Now I have this thumping/banging form the rear
or possibly coming from the SFC's-Hotchkis which
share the bracket with the LCAs

It doesn't happen over bumps or when accelerating
but mostly when I'm decel. It kind of feels like something
is shiftly around but everything is tight.

Do these need to break in?

help is appreciated

I dont think lca or phr with poly ends would make a thunking sound, just some squeaks. The rod ends on my G2 lca's thunk like hell. Waiting for the sound to go away won't help anything so check your stuff out.
I'd put the stock parts back on one at a time to find out what's making the noise(process of elimination). It sounds like your phb and lca bolts were torqued with the cars weight on the frame (instead of on the axle). This causes binding and your ride handles real funky. FYI, I'd recommend welding in the sfc's.

The handling is better it's just this thumping.

I have a very similar thumping when braking, its more pronounced at high speeds,

I think its either the rear rotors or the aluminum rod ends on my LG lower control arms, but I put 90K miles on my last f-body and smoked the front brakes all the time and never killed the back ones,

So are you suppose to torque them when the car is on the ground or on jack stands supporting it at the frame?

You need to torque down your LCA bolt, thumping is very common with under torqued LCA bolts. Sometimes you have to torque them as high as 95ft/lbs to stop the thumping.

On the PHB, did you use the stock bolts?

I had a similar problem and it was coming from my adjustable PHR. Is your PHR adjustable?

As Ferocity02 said, Make sure the LCA bolts are tight.

The sound was coming from the jam nut on the PHR
not staying in place. I had to retighten it and put some
locktite on it.
