Hello,

Is this for a street car or a car that will see a lot of track use?

Let me know and I will be glad to make a recommendation based on that. We offer a variety of panhard bars at very good prices.

Thank you!

It will be for street DD use. I do get up to the canyons and mountains and do some twistys so I need something that will be good for that too. Thanks.

Hello,

Ok great. I recommend item # 2022 seen here- www.umiperformance.com/2022

This item is on-car adjustable and features a rod end on one end. The rod end allows the suspension to articulate correctly and prevents bind.. this is very important on the twisties. A panhard bar with polyurethane bushings on both ends could bind under certain loads. We do use a poly bushing set-up on one end... this is designed to absorb road noise and prevent them. I can't tell for sure but it appears your vehicle is lowered? Even if not you are at least running larger wheels and most likely larger tires. The adjustable panhard bar will allow you prevent any tire rubbing.

If that item is out of your price range we also offer these two- www.umiperformance.com/2021 and www.umiperformance.com/2029

If you have any additional questions please ask. Thank you!
Ryan

I've got the Edelbrock 5222 Adj. Panhard Rod from one of the 2 MAJOR mail-order parts catalogs and it was $112.95 I'm VERY happy with it! It is on-car adjustable and a very nice looking piece!

If you are constantly changing tires, on car adjustable makes sense. Otherwise, you adjust it once and forget it.
I have the UMI 2021 and it is a nice piece.

I'm with koolaid_kid. Given your price range, the 2021 would be the one I'd recommend. At $109 it's the most effective and strongest one in and around your range.

http://www.stranoparts.com/partdetai...D=67&ModelID=7

Why? Well, first it's got less deflection than any of the versions that use two poly bushings (the rod end doesn't deflect). And it's stronger than the types that have an adjuster partially up the bar.
