Default What are my choices for front coilover on my f-body?

I am looking to put some adjustable coilovers in the front of my camaro and just wanted to see what you guys recommend. I have been leaning towards the Strange set up.

What could I do about the back without having to cut the car up?

Is this for drag racing, or corner carving?

Also, for the rear you can do the "Hose Mod" .

FYI,
QA1, Strange, and Afco are all valved for drag racing. So if your car is mainly a street/corner carver, I would look at other brands(Koni Bilstein,Edelbrock IAS, etc...).

Energy suspension also makes coil spring isolators, cheap, clean looking if you don't want to just wrap your springs in a heater hose. <$20, drops the rear at least 1/2

This is for strictly drag racing. Street and strip no corner carving. I am getting the car scaled to adjust the suspension and I would like some adjustability in the suspension. Right now the car has koni adjustable shocks in the front with the stock springs and the back has tokico shocks with a BMR 1" lowering spring.

I want this car to be able to hook on gravel

I already removed the front sway bar and the car already has BMR adjustable lca's and an adjustable torque arm and air bags in the rear springs. The bags are coming out since I just bought a BMR adjustable rear anti roll bar.

By the way I never heard of the hose mod.

I'd consider a few styles from Strange. The drag specific coil-over shocks offer a bit more choices with spring rates. I would only conisder double adjustable.

Listed here are a bunch of options for you to consider choosing. http://www.sjmmanufacturing.com/cam_sus_ls1.html#Shocks

I do feel, not because we offer mainly Strange components (we can offer a customer Hal if the customer wants them)...they are a very good valued shock with higher quality standards.

I think double adjustable would be overkill for right now but I plan on making this car way faster in the future then it would be more suited for my power level.

Double adjustable isn't overkill nor does it require specific hp ranges. It does cost more, but it can help you have more control on the track and street. It enables you to optimize damping characteristics for rebound and compression for better performance.

This permits you to tune your shocks a bit better for what is necessary. It also gives you more control so you can ultimately have better street manners when you're not drag racing.

Let me know if you need more assistance. The website is through and shows options you have to choose from within each class.

Will be contacting you soon about a front set-up. Just waiting on my front runners to get here then once I get the suspension more adjustable I will go get it scaled.

What can I do about the back of the car?
