Default Ceramic pads for an FBody...

I swapped out my front Hawk pads (due to excessive squealing) with NAPA Ceramix pads...my understading is NAPA doesnt make rear ceramics...

Any suggestions for the rear pads...
It it unwise to mix/match compounds....
Any decent ceramic rear pad out there for Camaros?
Stock pads ok to use?

Any feedback is appreciated.....

From what I understand no one makes rear ceramic pads for the f-body, the stock O.E.M pads seem to work well.

Carbotech sells ceramic pads as well. But it's a full race compound and you probably don't want them (lots of dust/noise, but they really stop!). They are out there...

As far as I am aware, there are no ceramic pads for the rears of F-Bodies.
I have Raybestos ceramics on the front, and metallics on the rear... good setup, works great!

Thanx for all the feedback

I may go with NAPA Application Engineered rear pads (not sure of the price), stock OEM or maybe the ACDelco Dura Stops

Hawks worked well, just very noisy/dusty

I have the same setup. It does work great. Raybestos does have a part number for the rears but they still don't have them at Pep Boys. I wonder why there is a part # on the PB computer but they don't carry them?

Carbotech Panther Plus and Panther XP are ceremic compounds. But ceremic dosen't just mean street pads. Those are ceremic rear pads.
