The shocks have nothing to do with the ride height. And if you didn't have Sportlines before, then what you had was either junk or some other set of springs that was slammed because Sportlines are a lot, lot lower than stock.

I put on bilsteins and sportlines and it sits higher than my pro kit or intrax springs did on stock shocks, so i was just assuming the much better shocks had something to do with it, although yes i know it didnt make sense.

i always assumed that, and sam already told me as well. I just dont know the explanation for why my car sits high even with sportlines. No need to make fun of me as i bet your car is lowered too and there is a good chance that it has a lower stance than mine does right now.

Was their anything wrong with your previous springs?

Start listing your mods, including the free ones. Have you done a lot of weight reduction? That will drive the ride height up. Different rear axle (like a 12-bolt or 9")? That can raise it up too.
I've always been under the impression that Intrax springs were even lower than Eibach Sportlines, but I've never looked at the specs in detail.

10 bolt, but i was mainly more concerned with the front as i generally would prefer the front to sit slightly lower than the rear.
My hood is very light, thats about it.
Its alright man, i appreciate the help but its my own little problem just b/c i am picky about ride height.
Don't get me wrong, it is obvious that it is lowered, and the ride quality is so much better than before (majorly cut springs, stock shocks).

i disagree with everyone that says the sport lines are a downgrade and that they just make your car ride like ****. my car has sport lines, and it rides substantially better than it did with the stock springs, and i sure as hell don't think it rides like ****.
