Don't think, do it. Hotchkis springs lower you car perfectly and have great performance.

I went with Eibachs progressive spring rate prokit. It lowered the car about 1.5 inches (maybe a tad bit more), and I couldnt be happier. When Im crusing down the road, it feels like stock, but around corners, wow... Its like a whole new car. After the 'squishy' part is used up, it gets much firmer, making body roll go bye-bye. I can also brake pretty hard now before getting alot of nose dive.

I did do new shocks though (as should you), so your results might not be so earthshattering. But with my Bilstien HDs up front, and Konis (set to 2 [0,1,2,3]) in the back, the car is scary-stable.

Any spring you get though, will make things better, trust me.
(well... maybe not any... *bmr*)

What's wrong with BMRs? I was under the impression that Eibachs suck.

I have Eibachs pro kit with Bilstein HD and revalved shocks. I also have SLPs bolt on SFCs and the car is very stable at high speeds and around corners it tries to throw u out of the seat it grips so much. Couldnt be happier with the way the car drives plus it still ride fairly good considering i live in PA.

No way, I'm not cutting my springs! I've seen those rice rockets bouncing around like they have hydraulics, but all they have is cut springs.

I was thinking of getting the BMRs because they are on sale from one of the sponsers, and I can't get the G2 springs right now cause they're out. Are the prokits progressive?

Rice rockets have totally different suspension setups, and they also hack so many coils off that it sits on the car on the ground. Thats why they bounce around..

You can cut 1-2 coils of a stock F-body spring and it will not affect the spring rate. I have lowered all by buddy's car, and probably 15 other locals just by cutting 1.5 coils of their springs all the way around. They have no problems, the car looks great, they enjoy it, and there isn't any rice rocket bouncing...
