Penske 7500's need some input.
Have Penske 7500 series shocks (single adjustable) on my car. The rear feels like there is absolutely no resistance in it. I can push down on the back of the car a few times and it is just bouncing like crazy. There is obviously zero pressure in them. What could cause this and what can I do to fix it?

You need to find a shop with a shock dyno. I would start with popular dirt track shops in your area if shipping them is not what you want.
If you would consider shipping them, I'd contact Jason at Unbalanced Engineering on the west coast. He did a set of custom Bilsteins for my car and I couldn't be happier with teh product and customer service.
Your description sounds as though the gas charge has bled off.

If the car is a daily driver, Penskes are so over kill, it's silly.
You can sell those broken Penskes and buy a new set of Bilstiens with money left over.
But to answer your question, it sounds like ANYTHING would be better than what you have. Folks have been running Bilsteins on lowered cars for years and years and hell has yet to freeze.

Thanks again for the responses.
What would you say a good selling price would be if I sold all four with rears needing rebuilt? I guess I could always have the rears rebuilt and sell them ready to put on.

Used but in good condition are $150 each.
With the rears needing rebuilding, you should fetch $500 for the set of 4.
