I don't have a lot of time to get into this. But here's the bottom line for ls2pontiac:

I am one person. I have 4 incoming phone lines. I have e-mail, PM's (believe it or not, other than yours), I do the ordering, the order taking, the order processing, the packing, and the shipping. I do the paperwork, the bill paying, the little errands. So, please excuse me for not being able to get your PM immediately. I can't return phone calls sometimes within a few days---luckily most folks are open minded enough to understand that I have a lot going on.

I read through the whole thread and I do not see anything wrong with how Sam responded. In my opinion I think he went beyond what most people do. Well I just ordered some SLP Bilstein shocks and Strano springs, I know the konis are better but all I do with my car is DD. I was gonna keep the stock shocks but they're shot I'm sure the ride can only get better and not worst...lol.

I'm about the same mi. on my '01 SS, just ordered Koni SAs before the deadline, will be used w/stock springs for now. Looking forward to the improvements.
