I don't have a lot of time to get into this. But here's the bottom line for ls2pontiac:
I am one person. I have 4 incoming phone lines. I have e-mail, PM's (believe it or not, other than yours), I do the ordering, the order taking, the order processing, the packing, and the shipping. I do the paperwork, the bill paying, the little errands. So, please excuse me for not being able to get your PM immediately. I can't return phone calls sometimes within a few days---luckily most folks are open minded enough to understand that I have a lot going on.

I read through the whole thread and I do not see anything wrong with how Sam responded. In my opinion I think he went beyond what most people do. Well I just ordered some SLP Bilstein shocks and Strano springs, I know the konis are better but all I do with my car is DD. I was gonna keep the stock shocks but they're shot
I'm sure the ride can only get better and not worst...lol.
