I used a combination fitting for another project that you might be able to use for this. It was a 5/16"-24 (or whatever) male thread and used a copper crush washer to seal on one end, the other end was a 1/8" female brake flare. I got mine locally at a Royal Brass dealer, but Napa should be able to get you one.

In the picture, the left side is NPT (pipe thread), you are probably going to want one that uses a copper banjo washer. You will have to check the thread type. You screw the brake line into the right side in the pic. On the left side of the pic, you install a copper washer, then install the fitting into the lock. It's really simple if I had a picture available. I hope that I am describing it simply enough.

Here is what the copper washer looks like.

The line lock inlet/exit ports are 1/8" NPT. They are not inverted or bubble flare.

It sounds like you're building your own personalized setup as our ABS kits come pre-assembled. If you've purchased the line lock solenoid independently, directions should have been included describing the ports.

Washers are not necessary as mentioned above.

Feel free to call or e-mail us if you have further questions. We can help you with any fittings you'd need.

Hope this helps,
