Ok, the Z28 is my daily driver. I put the Eibach Pro-kit on right after I got the car in 2000. Four years and 60k miles later, I believe the stock decarbons are more than shot. This car has relatively been retired from the track and there is no auto-x in it's future.
What would be the best stock replacement given it's current status? I'm assuming Bilsteins but I do not know for sure. TIA

I seem to be in the minority on this one, but I like the SLP Bilsteins in conjunction with the Eibachs. I went from stock SS springs/deCarbons to Prokit/SLP Bilsteins and the ride was comparable for street use. I'm not a fan of the soft prokit rear springs so I replaced them with Hypercoils which I like much better, but all in all I've been please with the SLP Bilsteins. I think they're very good for street use.

SLP Bilsteins and regular Bilsteins are the same P/N
in the back. In the front they have less compression
and more rebound damping than the regulars, so should
be a softer ride in the front.
Hotchkiss springs and SLP Bilsteins out back seem a
bit harsher than stock/stock, have had them on for a
day now. Not objectionable (to me; we'll see what the
Empress of the Bitchy Backbone has to say) but can
be noticed. Nice and tight feeling though.
