Default I want to lower the front of my car a little bit more, how do I go about doing this?

As title states.

I just don't like the stance of my car. The rear squats just a bit lower (which I have heard it's because of the crappy pro kit I have then rear tends to sag)

So what can I do? I would rather NOT buy a new set of springs. I have many other parts that kind of money could go towards.

Here is a pic....

I have cleaner pics but this one shows it the best, I just want to drop it an inch or so...

Well, I'm no expert but I do believe springs are what controls your ride height. Drop spindles may be an option but obviously that is much more expensive than springs. If I were you I would keep your eye out for a set of used springs.

How about cutting a coil? Is that bad? Is there anything I can remove in the front like some do for the heater hose mod thing in the back?

Well, about cutting a coil, there was a war with people on here about doing that. You could do that but its not the best option IMO and just so I dont start another war let me restate to everyone reading IN MY OPINION LOL.

I am not aware of a heater hose mod for the front.

I would suggest looking in the classifieds and getting another set of springs. I picked up some hotchkis springs in there for like 100 bucks. Thats not a bad deal at all. You could prolly take pics of your car the way it sits and let people know that its sagging a little bit and sell your springs for a little bit of money. Hell, someone might even like the way it sits. Thats my suggestion.

Do you just want to drop the front or are you looking for a raked stance?

Otherwise, if just the stance, I'd suggest maybe putting the stock springs in the back with the heater hose mod

Why change the stance, it looks perfect! What I would like to know is how you ended up with a set of 4 salad shooters on an LS1 car. That's what you need to change.

If you want it more raked, it would be 10x easier to lift the back up some than lower the front more. Much better for your suspension travel as well. Go back to stock springs in the back and/or mess with the isolator sizes.

Raise the rear up a little with a set of rear Hotchkis 1" lowering springs, or put a set of spacers (Global West or Ebay) between the lower rear spring seats and the spring pigtails

They look fairly close IMO, but you need a straight side shot of the car. My car's on Strano Springs and my rear sits lower then your's does but my front end is around the same as yours if not a tad bit higher. I can see why you want to lower it in the front though, i wanna do the same because i honestly hat ethe look of my car right now lol

Quick Reply: I want to lower the front of my car a little bit more, how do I go about doing this?
