Come on guys. Just in case people don't know what it is, it's a TQ arm. The back part which I will call the cage, it in cases the rear end. The front part I think is the cross member part for the tranny, but don't hold me to that one. A friend sent me the picture and he said that it was suppose to come off of here. I have searched but cant find it if it did come off here. They are a few people interested in this TQ arm. But no one knows where it came from or what the right name is for it. So please guys help me out here. Thanks to all a head of time.

looks like it is designed to retro fit a ford 9" out of another vehicle that doesnt have the torque arm mounts needed in the casting.

know-what-i-mean?

Okay I think I understand what your saying. In other words they would be no use for this on a 98 Camaro right?

What brand 9"? There are torque arms for 4th gen that will accommodate that.

I have a TQ arm for a Moser 9" already. When I seen the picture of the one I posted I thought it would make it all more tighter than the adj. TQ arm I have. I want the suspension to be strong enough for 1200hp

Its a torque arm suspension from Bmr for 1st and 2nd gen Fbodies, hopefully my 2nd gen will get one when funds are available. To me seems like an awesome product since it converts the leaf spring suspension into a more modern torque arm suspension and is full adjustable, not only that, they are a couple hundred dollars cheaper than other vendors I've seen in other sites. For that they will get my business in the future.

I doubt they make them for the 4th gens, but who knows they might fit.

We have not built anything like this for the 4th generation f-bodys. I think there wouldn't be enough clearance underneath them to make this setup work without lots of work.

What would be the benefit? You're trading one torque arm system for another.

True. How is that any different from our current torque arm system? Do you like it just because it looks cool?

The reason he said he liked was because the way it bolts up on the rear end versus the way the 4th gen does.
