please help
for some reason i am hacing alot of trouble with my 60 ft times.
the suspension work i have done is:
an 1.5-2 inch drop
adj. shocks
i know that i need alot of work, but but would be the best next move.
and who makes the best suspension parts.

Bingo.
To elaborate a bit, when you lowered the car, you decreased the angle of the lcas, the relocation brackets move the bolt holes lower on the axel, to compensate for the axle being 'higher' (compared to the car), thus restoring the origional angle.

Like the others said, get the LCAs and LCA relocation brackets... after that, go with an aftermarket torque arm. Also make sure you get some sticky tires, like Nitto drag radials... that will help with traction too.
