Default bolt in vs weld in sfc's

alright after searching a bit i havent come up with a lot of discussion on this. i havent ordered my sfc's yet for the 96 simply because i want a good set and im undecided. i will be going through umi and i plan on just 2 point sfc's but i was going to order a set of bolt in ones for ease of installation and reversability but everyone is telling me to stay away from bolt in's and go with weld in's... why?

Because in time sometimes the bolts get loose from the body twisting. Do what I am and buy bolt in then have them welded for double security.

Buy the weld-in versions with the bolt-kit from UMI. Bolt them now, weld them when you can...

I got the UMI bolt-ins and used red loctite on the threads....autocrossed with them about 15 runs and still good. I'm sure welding is best, but I've had no issues so far....

^It seems 99% of people don't have a problem with the bolt in ones. I'm going with bolt ins and just leaving them bolted (non welded)...I'd rather not weld into my frame and keep it original.

I found this set for 100 bux slightly used:

http://www.pfyc.com/pc/FB4004//SLP+F....html#moreinfo

So it was a no brainer and bolt in it is.

I have a welder and can do it myself upcoming fall...but will see how it fits first to make sure I will never have to take it out to get to any major component.
Once welded the only thing taking it off is a cutting wheel.

Thats not to take anything away from weld ins tho...I think it may just be about preference...with welding in being the more secure of the 2. And bolt in the more convenient.
