Default Crash

What's up everyone I have been on here for ever, but just joined today! I never really needed help till now. I baught a firebird formula 55,000 miles for 6,000 (Extra set leather seats too).

Ok well my question is I had my car for about 7 months now, and I think the guy who had it before me crashed it. My rear pass quarter in kinda dented. It's not that bad at all, but if you give it a good look you can tell. Well I looked some more and I asume the front fender is new too.

The car drives stright great, and its real tight, but my stearing wheel kinda cocked. Just a bit this my true worry. Should this be a concern at "High speed"

I've done a quick safty check nothing looks out the normall just wanted some other opions

Thanks alot

Get the car aligned and it should straighten out the steering wheel.. Nothing to worry about...

If it drives straight and the car doesn't feel unstable, its probably ok. The alignment can be dead on and still have your steering wheel off by whatever degree you want.

But a new alignment would be the only thing to fix the cocked steering wheel if this were the case.

Right. Your steering wheel issue is usually the product of a bad alignment in the past.

rear quarter dents could be from torque flex not an accident.

Or could be from people opening the doors of their SUV's!

if the rear axle was hit too there may be damage/marks on the bolts on the panhard bar, at the top where it mounts to the body. (ya wonder how i know...) or check for anything else that may look shifted.
