You can send yours out to get powered coated. Looks awesome but $$$. Or you can nut up and go to vatozone and get a kit and do it yourself.

What paint did you use? Did you do any prep? I did mine over 5 years ago and they still look the same as the day I did them. I ground the casting marks off and smoothed them out. A couple coats of primer, paint and clear.

x2 ^ on the above post.
Prep goes a long way, # of coats you put on, and paint quality (make sure it is made for heat, like caliper specific paint).
I painted my stockers years ago (maybe 3 or 4?) and they have no chipping or fading issues. All I did was clean them, sand them to rough up the surface, and then put a few coats on and let them sit over night. Didn't even clear coat it or primer...

Agreed on the prep. First time I did mine I was 17 or so and didn't know much. All I did was clean them and put one or two coats on, it started chipping a year later. You should definitely sand a bit, clean, prime and do several coats, Maybe clear it at the end if you want but I've had good luck even without.

I did not disconnect the calipers. I used a dremel to smooth the casting marks. Then cleaned with degreaser and washed them off. Used compressed air to dry them off. I used newspaper and plastic bags (Walmart, etc) to cover everything up. I sprayed a couple coats of primer, paint and clear. I used caliper paint from Plasti-Cote. (think that's what it was) Any high heat paint will work fine. Very easy, just time consuming.
