In the case of the relo brackets, I'd say to wait for a
used pair, try them, and if you don't like them sell them
to the next guy. Then you're only out the shipping as
the cost of the experiment. But I never took mine back
off.

Um...since no one has asked, what do you want from the suspension? Looks? Cornering/handling? ...or straight line launching? Perhaps a mix of everything?
You mention stance and looks so I'm to believe its more visual. In that case, I vote you search and find a good used set of Intrax springs and use Bilstein shocks. I get complements daily - the rear still has the isolators so if I want a 1in additional drop, 20min and theyre out. I also did the JasonWW shock mount mod so the car handles like its on rails, rides better than factory, and I rarely bottom out - maybe once every other month
