Back the endlinks off, they are way to tight. You only need to snug them so the link has no play and you can't spin the bushings or washers with your fingers. That tight will end up splitting those bushings.

That's for stock links which use different bushings. That doesn't apply here. Yes, both.

I wanted to see how the endlinks looked when the suspension WAS loaded. I figured this would give me a better idea of how bad the bushings were being squished. However, I couldn't do that with the wheel in the way.
So I removed the wheel and placed a floor jack under the front a-arm and started jacking it up. The goal was to simulate the orientation of the front a-arm when the wheel is attached and on the ground (e.g. suspension is loaded). As the front a-arm was being compressed, the endlink bushing started to relax. I checked the bushings/washers and I couldn't spin them freely and everything seemed snug without being overly tight.
I hope this means the endlinks are okay the way I initially installed them. If my reasoning/methodology is flawed, please let me know. I'll go back and just loosen them more.
I'll try and post pics of what I mean tomorrow.
Thanks

Back them off until they are loose. Then start again and tighten only until they are snug. That's my best advice.

I just ordered a Strano adj rear bar (in shipping status), I need to call Sam at some point again to discuss the best way forward. I want a consistent 11 sec strip car that I can swap tires and make a few suspension adjustments and be able to take turns like a *****.
