Default Got yellow shocks are they belstiens? Story inside*

So my bro bought me the eibach pro kit. He says it doesnt need new shocks. I know that but the quality will suck. But i dont have money for shocks. And im not going to say no to his gift. But i remember when i took my wheel of one day that the shocks i have on it are yellow. Are they belstiens or are alot of shocks yellow. I texted the previous owner but he hasnt replied. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the dumb thread. Im in a binde here.

Yellow and blue would be Bilstein. Yellow and black would be Koni. I'm sure other brands are yellow too though...should be a sticker on them somewhere

Most likely they are stock shocks then. Although I believe the Koni double adjustable are orange...I doubt you have those though.

Very likely the decarbons. Get up under there and read them, they will say "decarbon" on a yellow sticker like this:

If so throw those in the garbage.
